At Zavidovo, the 11th annual forum “Three Cornerstones of the National Agenda: Charity, Social Investment, Sustainability” announced the results of the contest “Russia’s Best ESG Projects”. Nornickel won three awards.
“Life on land. Supporting environmental research and education” – Nornickel received an award for its project “Bioproductivity Restoration Technologies for Arctic Lakes”.
“Industrialization, innovation and infrastructure. Digital transformation” – Nornickel won an award for creating a digital replica of the Nadezhda Smelter, complete with all sorts of information about the site.
“Gender equality: inclusion and diversity” – Nornickel won an award in the contest “Talented Women in the Extractive Industry”.
