RBC and Forbes have awarded Nornickel the highest rating for HR management and corporate governance performance.
RBC and Forbes have published their 2023 ratings of Russia’s Best Employers with Nornickel topping both lists.
Forbes evaluated 125 companies and rated them into four categories: Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze. Nornickel was ranked in Gold.
RBC surveyed more than 67 thousand employees from 166 companies to determine their ranking and scored Nornickel in the top group.
It is the fifth year in a row, the company has been named among Russia’s best employers. That finding is backed by data indicating more than 20 thousand new hires have joined Nornickel’s team in recent years. This includes a growing share of young talent with the number of students wanting to study in the industry-focused universities of interest for the company having doubled.
