Bystrinsky GOK was the first to integrate the Face ID module for facial recognition of employees. Surveillance operates 24/7. The system is synchronized with cameras installed:
  • at the crushing and grinding site of the beneficiation plant;
  • at the process site;
  • at the finished product drying and shipping section;
  • in the central mechanical repair shops.
The AI technology processes the image and evaluates whether staff members are wearing special clothing, a safety helmet with chin strap tightened, goggles and other PPE, where the absence of such items is unacceptable. Nornickel also applies other workplace safety monitoring tools.
